Hello everyone! I'm very excited to be here. Again. I signed up a long time ago, but for whatever reason, it fizzled. But I'm back!!! xD

I'm looking forward to making some much needed life changes and meeting some new people along the way. I'm hoping to be able to be very active here... my job allows for a good bit of down time. Plus I'm online a good bit when I'm at home as well.

I've decided to go the Low Carb High Fat route due to my sister recently losing an amazing amount of weight in an amazing amount of time. She's my inspiration.

I'd really enjoy making some new friends. Please, feel free to send me a message and/or a friend request. It would be nice to be able to chat with some people who are going through similar things. It's always good to have someone when you are in need of a pep talk. ;)
