So.. I have terrible legs.. I hate them.. What rutines would you recommend? I always do at least 30 minutes of cardio and then work my legs, arms, abs, but I dont have a rutine, I just do whatever I remember. I would really like to lose the fat from my legs and get them strong, and also that muffin top.. arrghhhh.. just hate it!

exercise videos! I hate my legs and muffin top and it is disappearing! I alternate between jillian micheals 30 day shred (3 videos) and I also do a 20 min pilates video (mary minsor pilates) all videos are on youtube. I think the pilates are helping the most but I do that video every night no matter what. I add in cardio through out the day.
I also do 50 squat or more through out the day when I remember
I haven't lost weight but i am losing inches..so gaining muscle I suppose. Started 1 month ago.0 -
