I am not sure if this is were I should post this, but I have had a hard time with stressing and then eating and gaining weight. Has anyone experienced this? This has been the most challenging for me. I would like to help others as well as others help me to get to the goals that we want to be at. I know we can do this. We can conquer this battle to lose weight.

I stress ate last year. I almost became the owner of a company running in NYC for 20 years. My dream. Then there was a huge scandal. I tried to save it...and lost the company. I got very fluffy. My only advice is-use exercise to help with stress. You have to eat at a deficit to lose fat, but make room for treats. Take it one day at a time.0

Exercise is a natural stress reliever; I use it as often as possible.0

Omg me too. Anytime I'm stressed, I don't even go for sweet foods, I just stuff my face with whatever is in reach.0

Stress is normal and sometimes you find yourself alone, bored with lots of unhealthy foods and end up binging. Now it's too late and you already ate, so I would try to do some push ups and body weight squats. Also stand where you are and flex your muscles as hard as you can for 5-10 minutes. This will ensure that some of the food you eat goes into building muscles rather than just sit there in your stomach and later get stored into fat.0
