Trying to lose 50lbs

hi, this is my second time trying to use my fitness pal. My first time I was able to lose 10lbs before I just gave up, I was also using p90x3 and it proved to be very hard for me. This time I am starting out slow see if that works. My goal is to lose 50lbs by summer time and hopefully an additional 20lbs after that.

Welcome back to MFP. After years of yo yo dieting I am taking it slow this time. Gave up processed carbs/sugar four months ago and down 20 pounds. Best of success this time around.

You can do it. As long as you are having fun and loving what you are doing everything will be ok. Think of "why" you want to loose weight and you will tolerate any how ( thats what jillian micheals always say).0
