Welcome to MFP. Four months ago I moved to a Low Carb High Fat eating lifestyle and do eat out about 40 to 60 times a month. I thought it was going to be hard but it is not bad while staying under <50 grams of carbs per day. If one can do LCHF eating out all of the time I am sure you will be fine if you are still eating carbs as your main energy source because they are everywhere and cheap especially the processed carbs. Welcome Mike! This place has helped me so much, especially all the message boards! I didn't utilize them when I first used MFP. And 40-60 times a month!? Goodness, I don't think I'd be able to afford that lol!0
