Coming from paleo diet...nutrition circle scares me

So, after a pretty long stint of paleo and not seeing too many results, I finally decided what made the most sense is actually counting the calories in what I'm consuming. Obviously if I'm eating like 6,000 eggs and avacados a day, I'm still consuming mass amount of calories...

What's confusing to me though is the nutrition circle. I'm used to healthy fats being "good" and so seeing my fat content be so high and my carb content be so low is really strange. I'm really only eating "healthy" fats (ie aforementioned avacados) and staying within my calorie goals. How much weight should I be putting on this nutritional circle if my intent is to lose weight?
