Early bird workout

I really enjoy working out early in the morning when my gym opens at 5am. There's a great sense of joy that overcomes me when I practically have the entire gym to myself. There is no waiting for a treadmill, elliptical and weight machines and more than enough free weights to go around.

Classes are not crowded either and I always find a great spot on the floor.

Are there others out there who share my feelings about zero-dark workouts?
