Help with my goals

Hey everyone!
So I have been using MFP since September to lose weight. I have lost almost thirty pounds (i'm 5'7") and I do a combination of cardio and weight lifting. The problem I'm having is that now I'm not sure where to set my goals. I have been feeling weak lately and I think it's because I haven't been eating enough.
I want to healthily lose 1 pound a week, but I'm not sure what to set my activity level as.
I am in college so most of my day is either walking to class or sitting doing homework. I sit a lot so I put my activity level as sedentary.
However, I workout 6 days a week and do heavy lifting on 3 to 4 of those days. I want to lose fat, but I want to make sure I'm eating enough.
Do any of you have tips on what I should set my goals at?
Everything I've read online has been so confusing and I just don't know what to do because I don't know how to log my calories from weight lifting in here.
Thank you and have a peaceful evening!

Sounds like you need to change your fitness you don't sound sedentary to me. Also I believe you should listen to your body so if you feel as though you aren't eating enough you probably aren't. Some extra protein can't hurt, try it and see if it makes a difference.0
