Hello. I am new to the site. I am a 40 yr old stay at home mom who is way out of shape. I recently got a membership to a local gym and went 2 days the first week an hour a day and 3 days last week also an hour a day. Trying to watch what i eat and after posting first days food noticed i was under for calories but over on sodium.
