Hi my name is Pat and I’ve been on here for a while but I ran into a slump and had a crappy (but very tasty) 2014 Soooo I’m back at it, I’m at 308lbs (5days ago) and ready to kick that overeating, emotional eating, drunk 3am eating and all the other crappy “eating” habits, In order to do that I need your help… I’m a shift worker so I post on some odd hours and my eating schedule is sometimes messed up due to the shift work, but I’m looking for people with good sense of humor and steadfast goals and open diary’s, I love food and cooking but sometimes get in a recipe rut and need your menus for inspiration !! I’ll warn you I’ve been known to drop an F bomb in some of my posts and dam it I do enjoy a good stiff drink once and a while. So if you can hang with me let’s lose some weight and have a laugh or two doing it!... Friend me up! (Unless you’re a creepy person who likes feet and creeping people’s profiles then just move on I have no desire to share my personal E-mail with you…) Cheer’s B)
