Hey guys ! I'm 20 and I'm from Switzerland.
I would love you to add me, as I have no real friend who's got the app. I'm very active : 4-5 times a week LISS training (=over 45 minutes cardiovascular training) and 3 times a week resistance training (I'm following the Bikini Body Guide by the Australian personal trainer Kayla Itsines).
So, if you're a lot into sport like me or if you want to motivate me and to get motivated in return, just add me! I'm looking forward to hearing from you !
