Diet chef and exercise

Hi, just a quickie. I have started on the diet chef meal plan and started gyming 4 times a week but haven't lost any weight. I'm 5ft 9 and weight 95kgs. I do an hour cardio and 20 on the resistance machines each time. I keep below the 1700 cal intake everyday. I have noticed my stomach is shrinking slightly but my weight remains the same. Is this normal?

    if you are exercising a lot then you will most certainly have to compensate for the cals you are burning! good for the shrinking stomach tho that exercise is helping you tone up!
