Loosing weight the healthy postive way

hi! There was a time where I excercised x5 week and ate too healthy! My lightest was 11 stone! I would love to be 11.5 and go to the gym x2/3 a week. I have a membership but can't face going. Partly due to once being so fit! My food aims are to eat a normal calorie intake. Or a little lower to loose weight. I am currently trying to eat normal portions rather then over eating! Anyhow hallo! I'm Ser :)
