How do I log this?

I usually get the package of cooking bacon at the store - one big package of uneven bacon pieces, so it's cheaper (student...).
I don't know how to log it though. It says calories per 50g portion, as grilled. But I don't know if that's weighed before or after it's grilled.
I measured the bacon up to 80 g raw, then I grilled it in the oven and let the fat drip off entirely until it got crispy. After it weighed 27 g.
Any suggestions as to how to log it? 80 g seems wrong as it is including all the fat.

If it says, "as grilled" then the serving should be weighed cooked. You could also count the slices and see how many servings the whole package contains and divide it up that way.0
