My inspiration was that in the 8 years of being married to my (2nd) husband I've gone from a size 8 to a size 14 - and to my horror I currently weigh MORE than the day before I gave birth to my son 17 years ago!

i was tired of being fat and having no energy. i may still be fat, but i have LOTS more energy since i started working out, which is so awesome! I'm also happier and in a better mood!
it took a long time to gain it, it will take a long time to lose it, thats okay. its coming off oh so slowly, but thats better than not at all, or worse, continuing to gain!0 -
I was feeling horrible about myself and had starting to develop some real physical issues. Then decided to take my life back. I have lost 110 lbs with still 140 to go but I am feeling very determined. Feel free to add me!0
