Hi! I'm Stephenie. I'm 22 from NYC. I've used MFP many times for 4-5 years now, but I always slack off and "forget" about my diet. Enough is enough. I need to get to my goal weight of 110 pounds.
I'm anywhere from 130-35 at the moment. I'm border-lining overweight, and coming from a family that is morbidly obese, I need to wind back and get into a healthy range.
I may not have much to lose, but I have a LOT to tone up. I wear a size 10 in jeans, but I'm aiming for a 3.
(I'm 5 feet tall, by the way)
I hope I make some friends during this journey. I wish you all good luck and I wish myself good luck!
