Google Smitten Kitchen's turkey meatballs - they are awesome.
I also like to do a version of Thai Laap (or larb/larp) with ground turkey. You can Google that too if you wish but it's basically a super fresh herbaceous meat "salad" that is amazing with rice and a little herb salad. It's also one of the few dishes my three year old is into these days.
