eating for every reason but hunger

I try to exercise every day or I would be stressed out. But I still munch on sweets when I'm trying to wake up at work, or upset about something. I am trying to just get up if I'm bored instead. Move around, do something. And, I'm okay if I don't have the sweets to eat. So, now I'm not buying any more sweets. I have to get up, put a coat on, and leave the office or house to buy sweets if I want. We'll see how long that lasts, but I'm trying!
