I have realized I have to leave myself some calories for late night snacks.

Fit them in to your calorie and macronutritional goals for the day.

    Done.

I fit them into my daily calories. Carrots with guacamole, celery, banana with almond butter. Things like that are great for getting you through it. Or paint your nails. Can't eat when your nails are wet.

I always have some calories left over but find it hard to know what to eat later on in the evening that won't be too filling or too high sugar etc. Anyone have any suggestions?

Tonight I had a small bowl of green beans with ½ cup yogurt. On the side, I had two scrambled eggs.

Greek yogurt is great because 100g only contains about 60calories. Have some fruit with it, or a cereal bar, but eat them slowly so you don't have time to eat more. ;)
That's what I do, anyway. Just save about 150 calories for the evening o:)

Leave 100 calories or so left at the end of the day. Eat some popcorn. It looks like a lot but is low calorie
