So I have a dirty secret to confess... I hate most vegetables. I know, feel free to shun me.

I try to get in as many as possible, but I don't want to eat something I don't enjoy. I stay under my calorie count, hit the gym, and I don't feel like I'm starving for lack of food. My concern is that I may be missing out on some nutrients and I've been considering trying a supplement to take care of the deficit. Does anyone have the same problem and know of a good supplement or multi-vitamin that works for them? I've never really done anything with them before so I don't really know where to start.

I take a Children's Chewable vitamin, but I eat all the veggies, so it's mostly for iron. Any One A Day vitamin should meet your needs, it doesn't have to be expensive. If you are of child bearing years make sure it's got folic acid.

They make some nice flavored powdered greens supplements that would help out.
