hi! I have such a good support group here on mfp and I love it!! I get lots of questions from people who want to go low carb so I've created an Instagram to share my meals and things along those lines. Just thought I'd offer this for those of you who are just starting out and not sure what to eat! Follow me! LowCarbAnaJay and put your Instagram names here for me to follow you if you do low carb recipes! Love to try new ones!
