Feeling great today! Kicked butt at the gym this morning with rack pulls (deadlift), followed by some accessory work and finished off with 30 minutes on the elliptical. I've been working out for more than 6 months, but now that I have gotten serious about losing weight, I can really see that my efforts are paying off!0
