a lot to loose, everything to gain

Hello!
My boyfriend and I are using MyFitnessPal to track our journey in loosing weight and living a better lifestyle. I signed up before but didn't really follow through with the daily logs. However, I kept getting emails and would read them from time to time. That's what got my boyfriend and I back on track. We both live in New York City and have office jobs. Our goal is to eat less (only what we need), eat better and wiser, and be much more active.
