Hey everyone!
I have lost just over 2 stone so far, my initial goal was to lose 3 stone but now I am 2 stone down I feel like another 1 stone will be too far and I wouldn't be comfortable with that amount of weight loss - so I have changed it to 9 more pounds to go instead.
The thing is, I also want to be toning up and building my muscle from now on. I have been eating 1500 a day but eating half of my calories back when exercising (3/4 times a week), but if I want to gain muscle should I be eating more if I am doing cardio and strength at the gym? I was going to put my calories up to 1750 but don't want to stop my weight loss completely.
For a bit of background info I was 13 stone 4 pounds, I'm now 11 stone and I'm 5ft 3.
If anyone could help me then it'd be very much appreciated!
