Trying to eat healthier!

Hi all! So far I am loving this app! I recently decided to start eating better and if I lose weight, that would be awesome! I have started with adding fruits into my diet and I plan on adding vegetables next. I am also part of a 10 week weight management group that is offered for free with a referral from a doctor that is called weight management. The amazing members told me about this app and how it helps them with making a food diary which made them more aware of what they eat during the day and making them change some things in their diets. I am looking for some new friends to be part of my support system while I am changing my diet. I need to be motivated in a positive way. I don't like being obese, but I have realized that I don't over eat, it is what I eat and the activity I get. My next plan is to find an exercise I can do and start(slowly) that my painful back can handle. I used to be a competitive swimmer and I am thinking of joining a gym or the YMCA with a good pool for doing laps in. Starting slowly of course and building up of course. So I would love to make some friends on here to help motivated me in my new lifestyle!

    I just started eating a 75% organic diet which includes non-gmo foods like fruits and veggies and eating more humanely treated animal products. I also cut out dairy! It seems like I have a lot of restrictions, but I've found that if I eat certain products my body isn't performing optimally and i have digestion issues and gain weight! Whatever works for you right?
