Best tastiest/easiest complex carbs for reheating in premade meals?

Hey Everybody,

Question for you: Are there any substitutes for brown rice that are still easy to prepare but better cold/reheated in the microwave (after refrigeration)? I'm considering switching to making a bunch of baked potatoes in bulk and throwing one or two into my meals instead of the rice but don't really know if that's the best substitution.

Edit: I just found this article, which seems to answer my question, but any other tips/suggestions of other grains would be great!
