The Binge.

There was a time when i would eat more than my hunger just for the taste of it. I would binge and vomit and get sick.
But now, after doing it all, it's clear where the problem arises. To not invite your urge to eat more, stop eating too less. Yeah, Eat adequately within your calorie goal including lots of fibre in your diet. And still if you binge, just log it and try to compensate for it by working out harder the next day. Do this, you may face some disappointment in the beginning, but be true to yourself and your train to successful diet will get straight back on the healthiest track.
Remember, never get demotivated, rather use the cause of it to in turn motivate you further.
