How to track Bootcamps?

Ok folks, I need help. I've started a 6-week bootcamp where we do a variety of exercises over the course of an hour. For example, today's schedule had us doing 12 exercises; a variety of cardio (high knee runs and butt kick runs) weight (curls and bench presses) and floor work (sit ups, burpees and supermans). Is there any way that I can get an average burn or do I have to log each activity for 4-5 minutes a piece?

Really, nothing is going to be accurate here. It's up to you.
Boot camp is basically calisthenics, high impact aerobics, or circuit training, depending on the exercise.
I would just log it as either of those three.0
