Just simply wondering what are people's views, opinions and experiences with Rasberry Ketone? Is it worth the money and is it as good as it is being advertised to be?

It's complete snake oil, hon. No reliable research shows that it does a darn thing, the only thing it makes lighter is your wallet.

If something seems too good to be true, it usually isn't. Plus, I wouldn't take anything recommended by that charlatan Dr. Oz.

You know how people say the lottery is like a tax on people who can't do math?

Diet supplements are basically a tax on people who are looking for a quick fix. Save your money.

If you're looking to throw money away, they're a good snake oil/placebo option.
If you're looking to invest your money wisely, buy some cute workout clothes, a food scale, and awesome food you like. Or feel free to throw the Ketones money towards my student loans.

Honestly? Waste of money. If you want to lose weight, there is no magic potion....except for a calorie deficit.

No, even though MFP is advertising it.... They don't work. Same with Garcinia Cambogia etc etc They're just money making snake oils unfortunately

    Actually......

MFP does not advertise. The ads you see on the page when you come on MFP are generated from our own internet searches. :)

I was nodding in agreement with you, but then I scrolled back to the top of the page and saw a Fifty Shades of Grey ad.

It can be something as simple as you being on a forum page where someone mentions something with a keyword link to that ad. It's really insidious!

If you ever have doubts about a supplement check out examine. com They link to double blind medical research studies. Shocking how few things are legit and the ones that are no one talks about.
