I find trouble getting protein often, and keeping it lean. there is fish, and tofu but one can't live on those alone. So what are some of your favorite non poultry dinners that are healthy and clean? I need some dinner inspiration.

I do a stir fry type thing with ground beef. Here's my recipe. It's really good
Brown a pound of ground beef w/ 3 chopped up garlic cloves and a tbsp of sesame oil
Drain about half of the fat, add 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 c brown sugar and 1/2 tsp of chopped up ginger. Also sprinkle in some crushed red pepper to your taste. Simmer a couple minutes to incorporate ingredients. Serve over steamed rice and top with green onion.
I make that with literally any other type of meat as well. I usually make it with chicken but since you don't like poultry...
Also I add in other veggies as well. Just depends on what I have around.0 -
Pork tenderloin has become a new favorite of mine. Salt, pepper, garlic and bake in the oven till it hits 145 it.0
-
I made spaghetti with meatballs last night. I prefer that over just browning the meat and making a meat sauce... It's easier to control my meat-to-pasta ratio.0

Plus pork isn't very lean.
Sure it is. Probably a lot leaner than the average meatloaf. (You can buy leaner ground beef, but I don't think that's traditionally how one makes meatloaf, and it's more processed, which doesn't bother me, but seems contrary to the "clean" request.)
Anyway, depends on the cut but pork chops and tenderloin are lean. Most commercially-available pork these days has been bred to be lean, and you need to buy heritage breeds to get pork that's less so. I eat something like pork chops with cabbage or Brussels sprouts, some other kind of veggie, and apples quite often, both a lovely cold weather meal and quite low cal.
Anyway, you can find lean cuts of most kinds of meat. In addition to those mentioned above, venison. And I concur with those who noted that there are enormous varieties of fish and seafood.

93% lean ground beef is the way to go. Only 8 grams of fat per serving. I use it to make burgers, spehgetti meatsauce, meat quesodillas, and more.0

Frozen, pre-cooked giraffe patties are fantastic. Put 'em through a cycle in the dishwasher so they're clean though.
