happiness is another notch in on the belt

today I was able to go one more notch more on my belt my weight doesn't seem to go down but my belt notches are so I am happy!! I am on hole # 3 I started on #1 !!

    Oh yes! Just starting to flirt with hole #4. It took a couple months before my scales showed much of any pounds lost.
