New to lifting weights

My goal for 2015 is to focusing on weight lifting started jan 1. I would like to get some definition all over
I would love any advice on eating to build muscle and to see others diaries with same goals.

    You could try Stronglifts 5x5. Eat at a surplus to gain muscle.

  • I started working with weights in October. Have found " Bodybuilding.com " very helpful with an exercise data base, lots of exercise routines, and a helpful, supportive community.

    I second StrongLifts and recommend using their App to track your workouts.
