Hello...I love this..lol ok here goes.. I ate
Like crap today.. I'm craving chocoalte like crazy ...I'm probably going to eat some.....I'll start again tomorrow.

    You should probably pre log chocolate and other foods you crave from now on so you can make them fit into your daily calories. There's nothing wrong with eating chocolate or other foods you love. The more you deny yourself some, the more you'll want it.

    We all have bad days. Move onwards and upwards.
    You can still have chocolate and be within your calorie goal. No need to cut the good stuff out.

    So? I ate 3 brownies yesterday and 2 tonight. CICO is all that matters, and in the grand scheme some chocolate isn't going to make you some unhealthy person who will die of all the diseases.

    Don't throw away the rest of the day just because you've eaten 'badly' so far. Take a moment to log what you've eaten if you haven't already and see where that leaves you, calorie wise. If you've already gone over, maybe you can exercise to make up for it or make room for some chocolate :)

    Trust me, success is going to hinge on your ability to say STOP and take control now rather than 'I'll start tomorrow'.
