Hi,
I have got a stupid question.
I manage to loose 4 kg of weight in last 3 months of regular exercise and diet control.
So on an average I am able to loose 1.3 kg per month.
When I surf about success stories of people on internet, I see people losing 5-10 kg of weight in just one month.
How much weight loss in a month is an ideal weight to loose.
Suggestions.
Thanks

I don't thing there is an ideal number. Each person is different. People who are well above their recommended normal weight lose weight very quickly (let's say 5kg a month). But once they start reaching their normal weight, this loss slows down. No matter the starting weight though, I still think 10kg a month is way too quick for a weight loss. In general, I would say anything around 1-2lbs/week would be good/healthy.0

If you look at how much they have to lose then you will note its probably a lot 100+ or its the first few months, so is largely water weight. As said above its 1-2lb a week which is fine and it might be as low as .5lb when you have less to lose. No need to compare yourself to others. Every reason to do it safe and healthy.0
