Hey, So lets say my BMR is 2187 And people say I need to eat more than my BMR but 2187 is already too many calories..
And I burn 500 calories a day..
How many calories should I eat?

If you are very overweight (more than 75lbs to lose) you can safely eat below your BMR for a period of time. If you are smaller to being with you need to eat somewhere between your BMR and your TDEE.

Many people prefer to eat their TDEE minus 20%. I personally have great luck eating my BMR plus half to 3/4 of my exercise calories.
