Hitting the diet wall... Motivation??

Lost 2 stone last year within 3 months and now have tried to get back I to it to lose more but I have hit a wall it's frustating!!

    Hey there, and just imagine where you can be in another 2-3 months if you keep giving it your all.. it's not always easy but it is ALWAYS worth it!!

    Persistence! You can do this. Add a new dimension to your weight loss plan like a short walk each day or another 10 minutes in the gym. Keep on track and you will get there.
  • Everyone hits a wall at some point! Mix it up and make changes to keep it interesting, ie if you run join a club for motivation from other members, maybe your diet are you on the right one for you. Most of all though just keep at it and you'll smash through that wall soon x

    I hit the diet wall too and started MFP 2 weeks ago. Amazing so far. But I can see the diet options decreasing and getting bored. New to this forum for 1 day. Feel free to add me. Sounds like similar frustrations.
