To weigh in or not to weigh in

I weigh in every Friday but this week I had the flu for 3 days. I still ate while I had the flu but not very much. I know I have lost weight but most of it is because of being sick. Should I even bother to weight since there is good chance I will gain some if not all that back when I start eating again? Today is the first day I feel good. still can't work out because I still have a nasty cough but I can go back to eat like I should be.
