Starting 30 Day Shred

Hey guys,

I've ordered 30 Day Shred, should be here by tomorrow.
I know a lot of you have done it but I wanted to ask a few questions;

- Do you do it every day, every other day, 5 days a week etc.
- Is it easy on the ankles? I've had a number of surgery's on my ankle which is now full of metal plates and screws and swells up easily.
- I've read a lot of reviews from slimmer women who use it mainly to tone up, I'm not a slimmer woman lol
What about women over 200lbs? Has it helped you boost your energy, lose inches etc

Any feedback will be much appreciated
