but trying to be more consistent. I'm 30 and have at least 50 pounds to lose. 100 would be goal. Right now I am doing 20 minutes of cardio mon-thurs at work on lunch and will be starting with some strength training tomorrow at home (my goal right now for this is all muscle groups 3 days a week). I know I need to step up both. For breakfast I typically do a smoothie (usually shakeology), but the rest of the days food is harder for me. I have a cafe at work and am trying to get healthier/high protein options there, like grilled chicken and mushrooms with steemed veggies is my favorite right now. And at home I like to cook vegetarian most of the time, and it needs to be quick and easy, we don't have a lot of time in the evenings. Any advice on meals would be appreciated!
