Calories burned during Mari Winsor Pilates?

So I do a pilates DVD (can't afford classes in addition to my gym membership) and it's the Mari Winsor classic mat exercise for 1 hour.

Does anybody know how many calories this burns? I'm finding a massive difference between MFP and all other sites I've looked at...as little as 122 calories and as much as 240?

    I'm having a similar situation, started doing the older VHS videos. All I can find for a log suggestion is - 20 minutes of Pilates. I have a feeling that it's a lot different for each video just wondering if anyone has any ideas...
