Does Slimful work?

Hi all -
I'm trying to figure out a way to remain satiated throughout the day. I'll have breakfast around 9am (usually greek yogurt with muesli, a hardboiled egg with piece of fruit or string cheese). Lunch is usually 12:30-1pm and that is usually a turkey or tuna wrap on a high-fiber wrap with fruit, bag of baked chips and maybe something else. Sometimes I have leftovers for lunch. I leave work at 4pm, and don't get home until 6pm and I am absolutely ravenous when I get home. I've tried to delay my lunch until later or have a snack before I leave work, but I'm still so hungry!
I was thinking of getting one of those slimful bars and trying that before I leave work and hoping I won't want to eat a horse by the time I get home. Anyone ever try these?
