Week 6 is HARD

I thought that week 5 was hard, but week 6 is brutal. I got to day 3 and I don't know whether it's because it was so cold or because I was exhausted or maybe I started too fast but I just couldn't do that 22 minutes. Not even close. I stopped after about 16 minutes and had to walk for a whole and the rest was stop-start. I didn't have that problem doing the 20 minutes on week 5, as hard as that was.
I decided to re-do D2W6 today, and will attempt D3W6 on Sunday. Fingers crossed I can do it this time.
