I'm not clear on which exercises are Cardio and which are Strength

I'm going to be changing up my training a bit, because I'm tired of my heavy deadlifts being at a glacial pace.
Box jumps, cleans and more of a focus on power. I already have a little strength, so time to make the power.0 -
I accidentally did cleans last week lol, dang youtube video surprised me with them.
I've been doing a HIIT (that's what it says on the dvd) workout for a couple of months, I really struggled with these 'frog hops' (squat holding a dumbbell at chest level and jump forward and back), just to do them without a pause and regroup after each one and it's getting a lot better. Same with the 180 turn squat jumps.

I'm emailing a local oly lifting coach to get a couple sessions to work cleans. I'm dealing with fatigue though, so I gotta see if he'll work with me 30 minutes at a time.0
