Small can of soup so yummy and easy and filling and so many different flavours to choose from. Or yogurt and banana.0

GREEK YOGURT! It's my favourite I like it with an apple, banana or a cereal bar.
Peanut Butter and a banana also tastes great & it's filling.
Oranges are good if you're not that hungry but just want to eat - it takes a while to peel the oranges and they are full of vitamins and water to hydrate you. About 2 medium oranges contain 70 calories (will vary with size).0
