Hi! I'm 23, 220 lbs, and a nurse. I've been working on losing weight for a couple years now and am currently sitting at 40 lbs lost. Recently, I've been feeling extremely run-down and ended up gaining 10 lbs over the holidays. I've been having a LOT of trouble getting back into my groove. I was doing very well until Thanksgiving day and just now am I trying hard to get back into it. Most of the friends I had before have been MIA for a while, so I was hoping to have a few new friends to get back into the website.
I don't care how much you have to lose, how old you are, or what diet you're on, I like you already and I welcome all friends.

Im also a nurse and i can sympathize with your weight loss frustrations!! I work 3 12's & on call usually twice a week in addition to that. it's hard to pick up good eating and fitness habits when you never know when you're coming or going-- or my problem: the only thing open late night is fast food.0
