Just for comparisons sake. I have the exact sane stats as the OP, except I'm 42. I still want to lose 8 more pounds.kdazj6vro49q.jpg
I must be tired because I seriously thought you were standing and hanging from a wall...

    LOL.

One of the main things that I'm considering with OP's weight loss goals though is that he also has more specific body composition/leanness goals, so if he needs to lose more than 5-10lbs to get to where he wants to be then he will be way too slim! If his body fat is higher than he realizes it is (I thought I was 30% body fat at 188lbs... more like 35-37%!) then he will need to lose even more than would be desired to reach all of his goals. So there definitely are some specific things that need to be clarified to determine if losing more weight for his goals will be feasible.

Is OP a female? I thought OP was male based on someone else's comment..

LOL yes oops, OP IS female! Although even so, 140 is a pretty good weight for that height. If she wants to lean out so that she can have visible muscle, but doing so would result in having to lose like 20lbs, then it's so not worth it IMO. Better to try a recomp for a while, then lose maybe another 5-10lbs and then bulk, or just go right to bulking and then cut again. But if she could get lean enough for her goals by losing 10 more lbs then might as well.
