Get myself moving. If my boredom is from procrastination, I make a to do list and start doing anything. If my boredom is from plain inactivity, I check when the next workout class is and get ready to go.0

I walk around my house and set a goal number of steps I want to achieve in my "walk" it helps me focus on that and soon I forget about the food. Drinking water is also really great. If neither of those work, I jump on pinterest and look up recipes for my meal planning for the following week or go on my Instagram which is only fitness related pictures.0
