I've been eating healthier and my stomach has been hurting every time I eat something. I went to the docter and they said nothing is wrong. Is just cause my stomach is not used to all the healthier food I'm eating???

It might just be something you're eating- you can try process of elimination. It took me 2 years to figure out that coffee was what was causing my extreme stomach pains. Good luck!0

Hurting as in upset or just a pain? When I first started eating healthier I had a upset stomach for a bit til my stomach got used to eating more veg/fruit. Also if it persists definitely do a food diary and elimination diet to see if you have a intolerance or maybe it's just indigestion/heart burn. If all else fails and it really concerns you try to talk with your doctor and set up a appointment with a stomach doctor.0
