Feeling proud of myself. Wore size 12 jeans go the first time last night and a year ago I was in a 24.0

I spent everyday for at least 20 years feeling guilty about every bite I ate. I knew how to eat properly but chose not to do it.
The greatest benefit for me from being here on MFP and getting my eating habits under control is that I no longer feel guilty. Even when I screw up and eat something I shouldn't, I no longer feel guilty.0 -

Frustrated and a bit disappointed. I've been on a plateau for over a month now and no matter what I do I can't seem to break it. It's making it hard to stay motivated.0

I've also plateaued, just need to keep at it I guess. I haven't been logging food for ages but think I might have only put on 1 kg so that's good I guess, want to loose another 6 or so possibly 10.:-)0

Okay , going to try this again , put on a few kilos , want to lose about 10kg's. Would like to say feeling pumped but that would be a lie . Need some motivation .0
