hi to all!
I am restarting on this app, but this time I am going for a body transformation and not so much weight loss. Being 180 lbs and a guy most people would say what the heck am I on here for...
I was 117 in high school, and I have 27.9% body fat... That being said I would like to make it down to 160ish, but lose the gut and be more built/defined. Definitely not looking to be a bodybuilder.... At least not yet....
